Agility is fun sport for dogs and handlers to get fit together. Dogs are required to learn fun obstacles such as hoops, tunnels, weaving poles, scramble, dog walk, table, see saw and jumps. Obstacle jump heights are suited to the dogs, jumps at 200 mm Do not start off too high. For large and medium breed dogs, keep the bar 1 or 2 inches off the ground. For smaller breeds, you can start with the bar on the ground. Teach the jump by keeping your dog on the leash so it cannot go around a hurdle. Give a command specific to each jump, such as "big jump." 6. Stepney Green Park dog course. In a (very small) enclosed dog park in the South East corner of Stepney Green Park, East London, was installed a new basic agility course, in 2020. Some of these members started in our club The Beginner Agility Level 2 class takes the basic skills learned in the foundation class and starts applying these skills to individual obstacles – jumps, tunnels and table.
